Taste Invaders is a burger shop in Lisbon that was struggling with making customers interested on their closed burgers concept. 


Challenges:

  • "How can we increase our following on social media?" - which was connected with "How can we attract more customers to our restaurant?"
  • "How can we make people interested on our different concept & be willing to pay more for that?"
  • "How can we take advantage of our location & not see it as a problem?"


Objectives of our collaboration:

  • Increase social media following
  • Attract new customers through targeted social media campaigns
Strategy & Implementation:
  1. Conducted a social media audit to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Developed a content calendar with good photography, engaging videos, and graphics.
  3. Collaborated with local influencers that aligned with the brand. No paid media was used.
Results:
  • Social Media Engagement: Increased by 100% within three months.
  • Follower Growth: Gained 5 000 new followers on Instagram in 4 months.
  • Sales: views and likes converted in burger sales and the restaurant was full every single day for 5 months, while we worked together.
It was believed that location was an issue as Taste Invaders was located in a residential area of Lisbon however it was just badly communicated as we witnessed just one month after the strategy was implemented tourists arriving on an uber just to come to the restaurant.
